The Gulf coast reads differently on camera

Southwest Florida is not South Beach and does not pretend to be. The light off the Gulf is softer and the water is calmer, which is why so much lifestyle, hospitality and marine work ends up here rather than on the Atlantic side. Within half an hour of downtown you have Sanibel and Captiva, the Cape Coral canals, old Florida riverfront along the Caloosahatchee, golf and gated communities, and agricultural land east of I-75 that reads as rural anywhere. It is a genuinely different look, in a market most crews have to drive two hours to reach.

Crew, permits and logistics

We book DPs, gaffers, grips, sound, art and production support from a standing Southwest Florida crew list, and our producers handle City of Fort Myers and Lee County permitting, location scouting, casting and marine coordination when a shoot goes on the water. Our base in Boynton Beach is a straight run across Alligator Alley, so our own gear and key crew travel in the same day when a job calls for it.

What we produce

Commercials and national brand campaigns, hospitality and real estate work, corporate and executive video, branded social and digital content, and multi-camera live capture and streaming. Our portfolio includes work with Kevin Hart, Druski and Travis Kelce, and campaigns for Nike, ESPN, Barstool Sports, the Houston Astros, Dunkin’, Mastercard and Condé Nast.

Gear and studio

The equipment is ours rather than sub-rented, and it travels: cameras from ARRI, RED and Sony, prime and zoom lenses from Angenieux, ARRI, Cooke, Canon and Sigma, and lighting and grip from ARRI, Aputure STORM, Astera and LightGear. Our 6,600 square foot studio in Boynton Beach is available when a production wants to cover both Florida coasts on one schedule.
