This was one of the most challenging projects we have ever worked on.  Client wanted us to build a snowman then melt it live on camera.  Sounds simple right?   It was December in NYC and no snow in site.  Luckily we sourced a place that did shaved ice on Long Island.  We went there for a demo day to test out how the shaved ice would pack and our art team and client was super happy with it.  Only downside would be that shaved ice doesn’t melt as fast as real snow.  So we needed to up our off set heaters to assist us with melting the ice.  Take a look at some of the photos showing the process below.
