Six FX6 bodies – the small, fast full-frame body for days that have to move.

Rate: $350 per day. Daily, flat or a three-day week – out Friday and back Monday bills as a single day.

The FX6 takes most of what makes the FX9 good and puts it in a body light enough to live on a gimbal all day. Same colour science, same variable ND thinking, a fraction of the weight. It is the camera we send when the schedule involves stairs, boats, cars or a two-person crew.

What ships with it

Body, top handle, onboard EVF and hood, servo hand grip, power brick, charging hub and USB-C cable. Cages, battery plates and cheese plates available with the package.

What it is good for

Gimbal and handheld work, car and boat interiors, documentary, branded social, and second unit alongside an FX9 or an Alexa. Because it shares colour science with the FX9 and FX3, it cuts together with either without a fight in the grade.

Availability, rates and delivery

We hold six FX6 bodies in Boynton Beach. Rentals book daily, flat, or as a three-day week, and anything out on a Friday and back Monday bills as a single day. Free delivery covers five miles around the base; Fort Lauderdale and Miami are outside that, so those are either a pickup or a paid delivery – we will tell you which is cheaper for your dates. Out-of-state orders ship via airline cargo. Renters need production rental insurance, plus auto liability if a vehicle goes out with the order.
