ARRI Alexa 35 Rental

Three Alexa 35 bodies – a serious holding for this market, and the camera to reach for when the grade matters and the client is watching.

Rate: $1,250 per day. Daily, flat or a three-day week – out Friday and back Monday bills as a single day.

The Alexa 35 is the current reference for dynamic range and skin tone. ARRI rates the ALEV 4 sensor at 17 stops, and the practical effect is that you can hold a Florida sky and a face in the same frame without fighting it in post. If a job is going to be graded properly, this is the body.

What ships with it

Body, MVF-2 viewfinder with cables, LPL mount with PL adapter and caps, sensor plate, top handle, shoulder and base plates (BUD-1, BPA-6, CSP-2, CBP-5), rod mounting brackets, dovetail, B-mount battery adapter, 24V power supply and cables, CODEX 2TB drives with reader and cases, A-box, lens shims and tools – the full kit in its crate.

What it is good for

Commercials and brand campaigns, narrative, anything with a proper post pipeline, and any job where the agency expects ARRI on the sheet. It is also the right call for high-contrast exteriors, which in South Florida is most of them.

Availability, rates and delivery

We hold three Alexa 35 bodies in Boynton Beach. Rentals book daily, flat, or as a three-day week, and anything out on a Friday and back Monday bills as a single day. Free delivery covers five miles around the base; Fort Lauderdale and Miami are outside that, so those are either a pickup or a paid delivery – we will tell you which is cheaper for your dates. Out-of-state orders ship via airline cargo. Renters need production rental insurance, plus auto liability if a vehicle goes out with the order.
